1. General Information

These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by PL Beauty House and govern your use of our website, salon facilities, and booking services. We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of these changes.

 

2. Appointments and Bookings

• Booking Process: Appointments can be made via our website, over the phone, or in person at our salon. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive an official confirmation email or text message. Walk-in appointments are welcome but available slots and wait-times are not guaranteed.

• Cancellation Policy: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file or with a placed deposit.

  • No-show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment, you may be subject to a 50% service charge of the booked treatment.

• Late Arrival: We allow a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, your service time may be shortened in order to accommodate other clients. We will do our best to provide the full service, but arrivals after the 15 minute grace period will result in a rescheduled appointment. Rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours results in a rescheduling fee of $20.

3. Payment Terms

• Pricing: All prices for services are listed on our website or communicated at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Payment Methods: We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, gift cards, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service.

• Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in the service price and are left to the discretion of the client. Tips are always appreciated for exceptional service.

4. Gift Cards

• Issuance: Gift cards are available for purchase and are redeemable for services and products at PL Beauty House.

• Non-Refundable: Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-refundable, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

• Expiration: Gift cards may have an expiration date or usage period. Please refer to the terms on your gift card for details.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Health Information: It is your responsibility to inform your technician or esthetician of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requests prior to your service.

• Safety & Conduct: We expect all clients to behave respectfully while in our salon. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive may result in the immediate termination of the service, and you may be asked to leave without a refund.

6. Service Limitations

• No Liability: While our professionals are highly trained, the results of any services may vary depending on your individual characteristics. PL Beauty House is not responsible for any dissatisfaction with the results or any adverse reactions caused by products used during treatments.

• Patch Tests: For certain treatments (e.g., eyelash extensions, tinting), we may recommend a patch test to ensure you do not have an allergic reaction to the products used. Patch tests should be conducted at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you decline a patch test, you assume full responsibility for any adverse reactions.

7. Health and Safety

• COVID-19: In compliance with health regulations and to protect both our clients and staff, PL Beauty House adheres to all local and national COVID-19 safety protocols. You may be required to wear a mask, follow social distancing practices, or provide proof of vaccination depending on the current health guidelines.

• Personal Items: PL Beauty House is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items while on the premises. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect personal information (such as name, contact details, and payment information) to facilitate bookings and provide the best possible service. By using our website and services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or for the processing of your payment.

• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, PL Beauty House shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services, including but not limited to injury, dissatisfaction with results, or allergic reactions.

• Indemnity: By booking and receiving services at PL Beauty House, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless PL Beauty House, its owners, staff, and contractors from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from your use of our services.
