At PL Beauty House, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that beauty treatments are an investment, we are committed to ensuring you are delighted with the results and that your experience with us is always positive. If you are unsatisfied with your service/product, we ask that you contact us promptly so that we can address your concerns. Below is our refund policy, which outlines our approach to cancellations, dissatisfaction with services, and other related matters.

1. Refund For Services/Products

Please note that all sales are final and we do not offer refunds/exchanges on services or products. Instead, we offer a fix or adjustment to ensure your satisfaction within the timeframes outlined below.

2. Quality Assurance Policy

We request that you inform us promptly if you are unsatisfied with your service, as any incidents occurring beyond a 1-week timeframe from the date of the appointment may not be attributable to us and could be caused by lifestyle or other factors beyond our control, impacting damage or quality issues.

If you are able to let us know within the allotted timeframe we will fix it no questions asked.

Must contact the salon with notice and photos within time frame of the initial service.

An appointment must be made within 3 days of giving the notice request.

All Gel Services: 1-week guarantee

Lash + Brow Services: 3-day guarantee

Regular Polish: 1-day guarantee

3. Appointments and Bookings

Booking Process: Appointments can be made via our website, over the phone, or in person at our salon. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive an official confirmation email or text message. Walk-in appointments are welcome but available slots and wait-times are not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file or with a placed deposit.

No-show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment, you may be subject to a 50% service charge of the booked treatment.

Late Arrival: We allow a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, your service time may be shortened in order to accommodate other clients. We will do our best to provide the full service, but arrivals after the 15 minute grace period will result in a rescheduled appointment. Rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours results in a rescheduling fee of $20.

4. Gift Cards

Issuance: Gift cards are available for purchase and are redeemable for services and products at PL Beauty House.

Non-Refundable: Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-refundable, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Expiration: Gift cards may have an expiration date or usage period. Please refer to the terms on your gift card for details.
